FMod-TCP & DB Integrated server Board

This device is a TCP/IP server board which allows manufacturers and system integrators to connect different devices, such as home appliances, industrial sensors and industrial control systems, directly to the Ethernet network, and to remotely monitor and control those while using standard TCP/IP protocols. A web page can be downloaded to this device, allowing users to be OS independent.

FMod-IPECMOT 48/10 - Ethernet Motion control device 48V 10A

Control and drive device developed for brushed and brushless DC motors up to 480W, with an integrated regulator which allows control in position as well as in speed, based on the motor's encoder or, for brushless motors, Hall sensors.

The following figure explains how this product can be used.

FMod-I2CDCMOT (DB) 48/1.5 - I2C Motion control board 48V 1.5A

This very small board (48x35 mm) provides simultaneously a power stage (70W) and a speed and position PID regulator for DC motors (with brushes and encoder).

The I2C bus, that is used as a communication protocol, allows to connect up to 127 boards on the same bus. When using this product with FiveCo's Ethernet to I2C converter (FMod-TCP (DB)) you can drive several motors through a single Ethernet cable !

FMod-IPAXESCTRL - Ethernet 3 Axes control board

This device allows driving up to three motor control devices (FMod-IPECMOT 48/10 or FMod-IPDCMOT 48/1.5) through an Ethernet network. The user has a trackball (allows for a userfriendly interface) to control two axes (XY) and a keyboard to control the third axis (Z) and to adjust some parameters (resolution of the movement, homing, position saving …)

The connection of the boards (see scheme) offers a complete and high precision system for positioning.
